The
Walkthrough
We work with you to find a date/time that is conducive with your schedule to come out and meet with you in person. We do a walkthrough of the space, asking questions about desired outcome, materials you are open to using for the project, gathering measurements. We will often discuss anticipated start date, and projected duration for your project to be sure that it coincides with your expectations. Once we have an understanding of your personalized needs we sit down to provide a thorough and detailed estimate.

Estimate
At Fogarty no two estimates are the same. We pride ourselves in being as explicit as possible in the details covered in our estimates. We factor for costs as much as possible, eliminating guess work for you as to out of pocket expenses above and beyond the costs represented, with allotted amounts for high option materials such as tile, flooring, decking and much more.

Project Start
Once you have decided to proceed with your project we go under contract and get you on our schedule with dedicated time to complete your project.
After going under contract there is typically lead time before your project commences. During this period we work closely with you to provide custom 3D renderings to help you visualize your space. If your project requires architectural drawings and permits we work with you to obtain those before your project start. We collaborate with you and our trusted vendors to source the right finishes for your space.
Day 1 of your project starts with confidence in the process, with our team having proactively collaborated with you on design, materials, workflow.
